Built from the floor
Isac is the manufacturing technologist at a precision-machining company. He started on the floor as a machine operator, went on to set the machines up, then to program them — and today he is the person the floor turns to when a part will not come out right. He has lived the whole road of a part, from the first chip to the inspection report.
That road is where he saw what really slows a shop down: checking a ballooned drawing against an inspection report when the inspector has no time to explain it; tool hunts that eat the morning; a traveler sheet with oil spilled across it; a race against the clock over a setup that will not settle; a walk to the programmer because a tool does not reach.
MEKLYRA is his answer. The know-how that decides how a part is made — usually held by one or two experienced programmers — is written down as rules a shop can read, check and own, and put to work on every part, for every planner and operator.

Every shop that works with MEKLYRA makes it better for every other shop. What a plan teaches — which rules it used, what worked at the machine, what a reviewing programmer corrected — goes back into the playbook, and comes back to you on your next part. It is a wheel: what you put in returns to you.
The aim: that you machine a part as if hundreds of programmers stood beside you — with the confidence that the most this technology can give has been given to that model: the right tools, the shortest sensible machining time, and a written reason behind every choice. A system that learns and grows stronger with every job, and all of it yours at the click of a button.
What comes back is know-how, never your parts. Your model and drawing reach our server in Tel Aviv only with your approval, stay in your account and are never passed to anyone; what returns to the playbook is counts and the rules a plan cited — no geometry, no drawing, no sizes — and you can switch even that off. How we build it
Where we are
MEKLYRA is early and moving fast: new versions go out every week. It is being tested on real parts from a working shop — 3-axis, 5-axis and turning — and we welcome shops that want a say in what comes next.
The name
MEK — mechanical engineering, and the know-how of the shop floor that MEKLYRA writes down as rules. LYRA — the constellation of Vega, one of the stars navigators fix their position by: a fixed point to plan by. That is what a plan from MEKLYRA is meant to be: every setup, tool and number traceable to the rule behind it.

MEKLYRA לוקחת את רצפת הייצור והופכת אותה לפשוטה מתמיד. מהמודל, דרך ההצבה ועד הבקרה, כל שלב מתוכנן, מוצג ומגיע לאנשים שליד המכונה, בדיוק כמו שמתכנת בכיר היה עושה.

מהמודל ועד הבקרה
- מודל ושרטוטקוראים את ה-STEP ואת השרטוט: חומר, טולרנסים, הברגות.
- התוכניתהצבות, תפיסה, כלים ונתוני חיתוך, כל אחד לפי חוק כתוב.
- הסימולציההחלק מעובד על המסך לפני שהמכונה זזה.
- הרצפההעבודה מגיעה לטאבלט שליד המכונה, יחד עם השרטוט.
- הבקרהשרטוט עם בלונים ובדיקה חתומה סוגרים את המעגל.
נבנתה מתוך הרצפה
יצחק משמש כאיש טכנולוגיה במפעל לעיבוד שבבי מדויק. הוא התחיל על הרצפה כמפעיל, המשיך לכוון מכונות, משם לתכנות, והיום הוא האיש שהרצפה פונה אליו כשחלק לא יוצא כמו שצריך. הוא עבר את כל הדרך של חלק, מהשבב הראשון ועד דוח הבקורת.
בדרך הזאת הוא ראה מה באמת מאט מפעל: השוואת שרטוט עם בלונים מול דוח בקורת, כשלמבקרת אין תמיד זמן להסביר; חיפוש כלים שלוקח המון זמן; תיק ייצור שנשפך עליו שמן; מרוץ נגד הזמן על בעיה בהצבה; ריצה למתכנת כי כלי לא הגיע לנקודה.
MEKLYRA היא התשובה שלו. הידע שקובע איך מייצרים חלק, שבדרך כלל נמצא אצל מתכנת אחד או שניים, נכתב כחוקים שמפעל יכול לקרוא, לבדוק ולהחזיק אצלו, ומופעל על כל חלק, בשביל כל מתכנן וכל מפעיל.
מה משתנה ברצפת הייצור
ידע שחוזר אליכם
כל מפעל שעובד עם MEKLYRA משפר אותה לכל המפעלים. מה שתוכנית מלמדת, אילו חוקים הופעלו, מה עבד ליד המכונה ומה מתכנת בודק תיקן, חוזר לספר החוקים וחוזר אליכם בחלק הבא. זה כמו גלגל: מה שאתם נותנים חוזר אליכם.
המטרה: שתעבדו חלק כאילו מאות מתכנתים עומדים לצידכם, בביטחון מלא שמוצתה הטכנולוגיה המרבית עבור אותו מודל: הכלים הנכונים, זמן העיבוד המהיר ביותר שנכון לעשות, וסיבה כתובה מאחורי כל בחירה. מערכת שלומדת ומתחזקת עם כל עבודה, וכל זה אצלכם בלחיצת כפתור.
מה שחוזר הוא ידע, אף פעם לא החלקים שלכם. המודל והשרטוט מגיעים לשרת שלנו בתל אביב רק באישורכם, נשמרים בחשבון שלכם ולא מועברים לאף אחד. מה שחוזר לספר החוקים הוא ספירות והחוקים שהתוכנית הפעילה, בלי גאומטריה, בלי שרטוט ובלי מידות, ואפשר לכבות גם את זה. אבטחה ופרטיות.

איפה אנחנו היום
MEKLYRA בתחילת הדרך ומתקדמת מהר: גרסה חדשה יוצאת כל שבוע. היא נבדקת על חלקים אמיתיים ממפעל עובד, בכרסום 3 צירים, 5 צירים וחריטה, ואנחנו שמחים במפעלים שרוצים להשפיע על מה שיבוא.
השם
MEK: הנדסת מכונות, והידע של רצפת הייצור ש-MEKLYRA כותבת ככללים. LYRA: קבוצת הכוכבים נבל, שבה נמצא וגה, אחד הכוכבים שנווטים קובעים לפיהם את מיקומם. נקודה קבועה לתכנן לפיה. זה מה שתוכנית של MEKLYRA אמורה להיות: כל סטאפ, כלי ומספר אפשר לעקוב עד הכלל שמאחוריהם.
